SHIPPING & RETURNs

Ode Ona currently ships to the continental United States.?
We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States over $200.00 ?(excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, ?Alaska, and Hawaii).

MESSENGER DELIVERY IN NEW YORK CITY

Please email info@maisondetto.com with messenger delivery request in the subject line of the email to arrange for a messengered delivery within New York City. We will do our best to accommodate within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

If you need an item in a shorter timeframe please contact us at info@maisondetto.com with rush messenger delivery request and we will determine if we are able to accomodate, we are available Monday through Friday, between 10:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern standard time. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing info@maisondetto.com and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $15. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 30-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to info@maisondetto.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. Items purchased online at www.maisondetto.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying Maison d'Etto merchandise.
